London – It's the second major wedding in British royalty this year. Princess Eugenie married her longtime friend Jack Brooksbank on Friday. The 28-year-old surprised with her simple, long-sleeved princess-style bridal gown by the designers Peter Piloto and Christopher de Vos. Without lace or tulle, but with embroidery, the focus was clearly on the neckline. The V-collar, which fell gently over the shoulders, put her décolleté in scene. Particularly striking was the back of the dress. This graced not only a long train, but above all a low back neckline.

The robe was created by the two British designers Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos. As British media report, in addition to the cut and the fabric is unusual: The collar of the dress is embroidered with floral symbols: thistle, shamrock, York Rose and ivy are referred to living and favorite places of the bride and groom.
Princess Eugenie married her friend Jack Brooksbank, 32, on Friday afternoon at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
